Data Deletion Instructions

Grasscrafts (grasscrafts.com) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, whether you reached us through our website, the Grasscrafts mobile experience, or through a third-party app or platform such as Facebook or Instagram.

Option 1: Delete data from your customer account

If you created an account on grasscrafts.com, you can request deletion of your account and its associated data by contacting us directly (see Option 2). Account holders who are logged in can also edit or remove saved personal details such as addresses and contact information from their account page at any time.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Send an email to sristi@grasscrafts.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". To help us locate your records, please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address or phone number associated with your order or account
  • Optionally, your order number

What happens after you request deletion

  • We will confirm your identity before processing the request, usually by replying to the email on file.
  • We will delete your personal information, including your name, contact details, and account information, within 30 days of a verified request.
  • Some records, such as order and transaction data, may be retained in limited form where required for tax, legal, or fraud-prevention obligations. Retained data is never used for marketing.

Data processed by Shopify and third-party apps

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which processes customer data on our behalf. You can read more about how Shopify handles personal data in Shopify's Privacy Policy. Third-party services we use to run our store (such as email marketing, product reviews, and analytics tools) also process data under their own privacy policies, and we will pass your deletion request to the relevant service providers where required.
